The Southwest Valley is close to everything, but also just far enough away! Residents have easy access to amenities including Red Rock Canyon Recreation Area, multiple golf courses, the Wet’n’Wild water park, shopping, entertaining, new hospitals, the Strip, McCarran airport, and some amazing community restaurants, all just a short drive from home. This area is bounded to the north by Charleston Blvd, and Las Vegas Blvd to the east. The 215, as well as multiple E/W major arterials, offer quick and easy access to the Las Vegas Strip (about 15 minutes), as well as points north and south.

Because of its accessibility, the Southwest Valley has become a hotbed of activity and the fastest growing area in Las Vegas. And it’s not just residential. Businesses are coming to this area, including IKEA, and a new exciting project called the Bend, an entertainment and dining destination, is coming to the Southwest valley. The communities in the Southwest Valley vary greatly.
