CityCenter

CityCenter is located on the ‘Center Strip,’ between the Park MGM (formerly Monte Carlo) and the Bellagio. CityCenterwas an $8.6 Billion development of MGM Resorts International and Dubai World, and when finished in 2010 was the largest privately financed development in the United States.Billed as“city within a city,” all buildings in CityCenter are LEED Gold certified by the U.S. Green Building Council, and all were designed by world-famous ‘star architects.’

The curved Aria Resort & Casino, designed by Cesar Pelli, is the main building at CityCenter, hosting a 150,000 sq. ft. casino floor, 4004guest rooms and suites, 500,000 sq. ft. of convention space, a high-end spa, beautiful pools, anda dozen high-end dining venues in addition to several more relaxed dining options.

Many visitors think of the entirety of CityCenter as being the Aria Resort. In reality, CityCenter also boasts the world famous, Daniel Libeskind designed Shops at Crystals mall, filled with most of the world’s top designers and merchandizers, as well as several additional world-famous restaurants.

Along with Crystals, Veer Towers, the iconic leaning yellow-glassresidential buildings designed by Helmut Jahn, and the non-gaming,KPF designed, Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas Hotel and Residences (formerly known as the Mandarin Oriental)front CityCenter on the Strip. Along with northwest side of the 16 acreresort-corridor property is the Rafael Vinolydesigned Vdara non-gaming condo-hotel tower.

The Veer Towers are two, twin 37-story residential-onlycondominium towers located within thestunning multi-billion dollarCityCenter development. Veer Towers was designed by star-architect Helmut Jahn; the iconic yellow glass buildings each leaning five degrees, in opposing directions. Each tower houses 335 luxury studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom condominiums.

Every residence in Veer Towers has a view of the Las Vegas skyline and surrounding mountains – most with excellent views of the Las Vegas Strip.
Each of the two buildings has a rooftop Sky Deck for the residents, including an outdoor infinity edge swimming pool, hot tub, sun deck, and bar-b-que kitchens. A resident fitness center, locker rooms, sauna, steam room, game and media rooms are also located on the top (37th) floor of each building.The Condo Owners Association provides resident valet parking, concierge and security services 24-hours a day, as well as many resident-social events throughout the year.

Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas Residences sits atop the Waldorf Astoria hotel. Owners experience the best of both worlds; it offers the comfort of a private homes while enjoying the impeccable services and amenities of a full-service, non-gaming hotel. In addition to access to the Hotel’s amenities, owners utilizea private residential entrance and lobby, resident-only elevators, executive boardroom, and owner’s recreation quarters. Strip Adjacent

Panorama Towersa high rise condominium complex. This two-building aqua-blue glass 634-unit complex sits on 8.5 acres and is located directly across Interstate 15 from CityCenter (and connected to the Strip via Harmon Ave, a walking/driving bridge over the freeway. The Panorama Towers were developed by Laurence Hallier and Andrew Sasson. The first tower was completed in 2006, the second one in 2007. Some of the units in these towers have fantastic views of the Strip, while all units have views of the city and surrounding mountains. The Panorama Towers are each 33-story tall, and many of the condos have balconies. Amenities include concierge services, garden lounge, pool, fitness center, Yoga Studio, free limo service, Indoor racquetball court, and full spa and wellness center.

The Martin, formerly Panorama Towers North,is located next to Panorama Towers. The Martin is 45-stories tall and houses 372 condo units, and like Panorama Towers,was developed by Laurence Hallier and Andrew Sasson. The building wascompleted in 2008. On the corner of Dean Martin Dr. and Jerry Lewis Way, this tower is positioned for some of the best views in Las Vegas. The Martin offers direct access to the Harmon Ave Bridge, which brings guests into the heart of CityCenter. The Raiders NFL stadium is just one mile south, on Dean Martin. The Martin’s amenities include concierge services, garden lounge, pool, fitness center, Yoga Studio, free limo service, and full spa and wellness center.
